Privacy Policy

TLDR

We collect your email + license-subscription status. We do not see your code, commands, files, or agent traffic — that flows over your Cloudflare Tunnel directly to your phone.

What we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to bill you and validate your license:

Email address — supplied by you to Stripe at checkout.
License key — generated by us, bound to your subscription.
Subscription status — active, past-due, cancelled, expiry date.

We do not collect, store, or transmit the content of your Cursor agent commands, file paths, code, or any other workspace data. Hook events flow over your own Cloudflare Tunnel directly to your own phone. Our servers never see them.

Why we collect it

To process payment (Stripe).
To validate your license key when the CLI checks in (every 24 h).
To contact you for billing, security, or service-affecting issues.

How long we keep it

While your subscription is active, plus 7 years after cancellation for tax and audit purposes (SARS retention requirement). You may request earlier deletion subject to legal obligations — see Your rights.

Your rights (POPIA & GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information. Email carl@ipengaconsulting.com — we respond within 14 days. South African residents may complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).

Cookies & tracking

The landing site uses no third-party tracking or analytics scripts at launch. We may add privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. Plausible) in future; we will update this page first.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we will email active subscribers and update the date below at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
